At the Devon Chilli Fiesta we have a great chef who is coming to demonstrate cooking with chillies.  

Ideas which you can try at home and recipes with a chilli twist.

 

The cooking area has seating for 75 people and Craig will be giving demonstrations  on both days... with different ideas and recipes in each - so definitely worth checking out!

A self-taught cook and passionate about growing and eating good food, 

either at home or wherever else he can find it. 

Craig is completely happy when in the kitchen, cooking for himself,

his family or a crowd.

of recipe books and frequently read them from cover to

cover, and the other reading I do is almost always food
