At the Devon Chilli Fiesta, we will have talks from leading chilli growers from around the UK. 

 

A great way about learning about the history of chillies, which plants to grow, how to grow them successfully, things to watch out for, smoking and drying chillies and culinary uses.

 

Our speakers so far include Michael Michaud from Sea Spring Seeds, Alex Duck from the Upton Cheyney Chilli Farm and Phil Palmer from the Dartmoor Chilli Farm.

We all also have a special interactive talk from the head gardeners at RHS Garden Rosemoor
